The East is running at 31 cfs today and is still fishing ok. I've had decent reports from both the Californina side and the Nevada side of the border. On the Cali side t's been mostly small midge patterns like rainbow warriors, zebra midge, silver streak, top secret midge, pheasant tail. We've had a couple decent reports on streamers like zuddlers and moal leeches but nothing lately on dries. The Nevada side has been best with zebra midge, pheasant tail, copper john, rainbow warrior, micro stones and poxyback stones, there's also been some decent action with a dry/dropper rig with a stimulator, cousin it, designated hitter or foam dead stone on top and a nymph below. The water is still pretty thin so you need to be sneaky, focus on the shady areas underneath overhanging ledges and brush.
