The water temperature is 58-60 degrees, water level is up, visibility 2-3 Feet!! The weather has cooled down with the rain! Lots of bigger fish have been caught on plastics as well as slow tolled Rapalas. Fish are spread throughout the lake.

Striper: Medium Action.. Some big schools of free swimming packs show up at random and can be fished with jerk baits, Rapalas, and Fly's trolled threw schools.. Striper have been from 3Lbs up to 15Lbs. Most being caught around the Dam area. Many limits got this week!

Large Mouth: Medium Action.. Large Mouth have moved up into the shallow water from 2-10 feet of water.. Fish are on beds as well as some schooling fish. Baits that have produced this week have been creature and craw baits flipped into the tule reeds and good top water action.. Early morning is best!

Trout: High Action.. Last Trout Plant was March 22, 2017. 22nd, 2017! Launch Ramp 2! Lots of nice size Trout are being caught this week between 2-5Lbs. Trout are hitting on night crawlers with a dab of your choice of Power Bait on the hook.

Blue Gill: Low Action.. Blue Gills are being caught throughout the lake with lots of patience a few Anglers have produced 1 or 2 each.. Slab jigs, red worms, and meal worms are working best this week.. Catfish: Low Action.. A few Cats caught on chicken livers, anchovies, and garlic shrimp. Water is still a little cool for these guys. We did have one happy Angler this week catch a 23.5Lb Catfish on Nightcrawlers across from the Marina.

Carp: Medium Action.. Always a fun way to teach the kiddo's how to fish. Stop by the Camp Store or Marina and share your fishing stories with us and get a picture taken so we can post it on Facebook!

The water temperature is 52 degrees, water level is up!! Fish seem to be going deep throughout the lake! The water temperature is 56-58 degrees, water level is dramatically up from the rain making the fish go deep throughout the lake, mostly being caught in the middle of the lake and over by the buoy line this past week.
