Applegate Reservoir was stocked last week with 10,000 legal-sized and 800 two-pound rainbow trout. Trolling with a wedding ring/bait combination has been effective, as has still fishing with bait from the shore. Fishing for smallmouth bass should improve as the weather warms toward the end of this week. The water temperature was 51oF as of Monday morning. Hart-Tish Park and boat ramp are now open. The Copper Boat Ramp is also open.
