The water temperature is 74 degrees. Last stock of Catfish was Friday, August 18', 2017. Striper: Medium Action: Anglers have caught Stripers over at the Dam where the inlet is flowing, right by the buoys, hitting on cut or whole mackerels, anchovies, shad and plastics. Blue Gill: Slow Action: The bait of choice would be red worm, meal worms and of course wax worms. Catfish: Plenty of Cats still to be caught hitting on chicken livers, mackerels, shrimp, especially garlic shrimp over in the ramp 2 area and coves. Large Mouth: Medium Action: the largemouth bass are over on the north shore lurking in the reeds. Try catching them on purple and green robo worms, meal worms, wax worms and night crawlers. Trout: No Action. Carp: Huge and plenty... come and get them... Always a fun way to learn! The water temperature is 75-76 degrees. Striper: Medium Action: Doinog well over by the inlet area Trolling with umbrella rigs, and night crawlers. Blue Gill: Slow Action: Hitting on live crickets, night crawlers, meal worms and wax worms, over in the east bay area.
