The water temperature is 72-74 degrees. Fishing report very similar to last week. Striper: Slow Action: Striper expected to pick up as the weather cools.. All the action, out by the Inlet and deeper waters near the damn, with trolling or flippin flukes, scroungers or jerk baits. Large Mouth Bass: Medium to Slow Action... Rapala pencil baits, creature baits and frog top water action in the reeds with spinner and spoons. Drop shot, robo worms, the margarita mutilator, pumpkin, watermelon, dark red colors. Scattered bite all over the lake. Catfish: High Action: Big guys still being caught on sardines, anchovies, chicken livers in early morning hours and sunset, go in towards banks and under cover. In the middle of hot day try deep part of the lake. Blue Gill: Slow Action: Small ones still being caught on crickets, redworms, night crawlers and wax worms over in the East Bay. Trout: No Action this time of the year. Carp: Same every week on this species. Plenty out there come and get them...

The water temperature is 72-74 degrees. Water level is low, and inlet flow is moderate. Looks like another great fall season for producing the big Striper and Large Mouth spawn. Exciting and fun! The water temperature is 76-77 degrees, water level is down this past week. Last stock of Catfish was September 1", 2017. Striper: Slow Action: Stripers have been deep due to the heat. Some Anglers are catching Striper over at the inlet/dam area, using cut mackerels, shad and chicken livers. Blue Gill: Slow Action: There has been no reports of Bluegills.
