The water temperature is 72 degrees. The water level is now down in some areas, so be careful over in the East End and some of your coves are very shallow. Striper: Medium Action: Striper going very strong in the early morning hours and in the later afternoon over at the dam, also along the north shore. Cut bait has been working best! Blue Gill: Slow Action: The reports we have been getting from angler is over on the north shore, using meal worms and wax worms. Catfish: Medium Action: This week there has been plenty of cats being caught over at ramp 2 and also ramp 1, coves and catfish alley, some anglers have been baiting and waiting method, hitting on chicken livers, mackerels, and night crawlers. Large Mouth: Medium Action: With the water level it has been easier to spot so many largemouth over around Ramp 1, and also the North Shore, and along the reeds and tullies. Try catching them on purple and green robo worms and night crawlers. Trout: No Action. Carp: Medium Action: Always fun to catch!! Use your favorite dough balls!
