The water temperature is 66-68 degrees... Last Stock of Trout was December 6th, 600 Lbs. Striper: Medium Action: Stripers can be caught along the shore and also over at the dam and near the inlet using cut baits. Blue Gill: No Action Reported. Catfish: Slow Action: Catfish have slowed down a great deal. Catfish are being caught in the middle of the lake. Try using chicken liver or anchovies. Large Mouth: Medium Action: Largemouth are being caught over by Launch Ramp 1 and the North Shore.. Using spinner baits, crank baits, and Nightcrawlers. Trout: Medium Action: Next Stock of Trout will be December 20th, 2017.. Carp: No Action. The water temperature is 71-72 degrees. Last stock of Trout was November 22nd, 2017. They will be stocking Trout every 2 weeks! Blue Gill: Low Action. Catfish: Medium Action: Cut bait, chicken liver and anchovies work... catfish like to bunch up in the fall months however it has been quite hot so they are still over by Launch Ramp 2 & Catfish Alley and also deeper waters.
