Sunday April 22, started off slower than normal but someone turned on the light switch at 9 and it was game on.  After fishing this same spot on the San Joaquin side of the delta for over a week now, I knew that the fish would eventually move up to shallower water and back off throughout the day.  I was just hoping that they would show up before all the weekend crazy pleasure boaters show up. At 9am an hour before the tide change there were marks everywhere on my Lowrance where there were none just minutes before. Typical delta. Gotta be in the right place at the right time. We caught em on and off through out the day and when we finished, we had 12 Stripers in the box and released 3 times. Good times!
