while up river near the rotary park area our local angler Del Pragnell has his limit of rainbow trout.  Keeping on going up river in the lower big bend area its Striper action here along the Colorado river. Our famed angler Mike Merritt  was showing a new comer Camron Bozarth to the area and on his first time out and they landed  a great stringer of stripers. They were using anchovies while on Mikes boat. these fish are a great size for fish tacos and easy to filet out.
