Hope you made it out to the lake over the Memorial Day Weekend! The Catfish Opener was last Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

2,000 lbs. of catfish were stocked last week to start the season off! Next stocking will be the week of June 3rd bringing in 1,000 lbs.!

Night Fishing is every Friday and Saturday 6:00 a.m. to Midnight, May 24th through August 31st. YAHOO! Come on out! Remember to bring your full size lantern. They are required after 8:00 p.m.

Lots of catfish by the buoy line, in Cloister Cove and near Big Rock. Cut mackerel and chicken livers are best producing bait.

Anglers are catching bass in Siesta Cove on Senko's and Half Moon Cove on swimbait!

The water temperature is 69 degrees and trout are still on the move. Some good size trout are being caught in Hermit Cove and one lucky fisherman reeled in his limits by 7:30 a.m. on powerbait. There are still limits out there!

If you like those sunfish, some big redear were biting in Cloister Cove. Try your luck using meal worms.

Lake Jennings has active duty military pricing for fishing permits and boat rentals. Just show your ID at the register to receive a discounted rate!

There are only days left to enter the Spring Photo Contest! Deadline for submission is 5/31. For more details, please click HERE.
