20'-30' are where the trout are sitting on Shasta rt now.  There are fish showing a bit deeper, but the surface bite is the best bet!  Water temps are starting at about 78 degrees on the surface and have been going over 80 degrees in the afternoon.  Fishing is pretty good now, but the best is yet to come!
