The water temperature is 76 degrees.  

Striper:  Med. Action: Anglers have caught Stripers over at the Dam where the inlet is flowing, right by the buoys, hitting on cut or whole mackerels, anchovies, shad and plastics.

Blue Gill: Slow Action: The bait of choice would be red worm, meal worms and of course wax worms. 

Catfish:  Plenty of cats still to be caught hitting on chicken livers, mackerels, shrimp, especially garlic shrimp over in the ramp 2 area and coves.

Large Mouth: Medium Action: the largemouth bass are over on the north shore lurking in the reeds. Try catching them on purple and green roboworms and night crawlers.

Trout: No action/no trout plants.

Carp: Huge and plenty… come and get them, teach the kids a new challenge. Stop by the camp store or marina and share your fishing stories with us and get a picture taken so we can post it on FB.

The water temperature is 75-76 degress. Next Stock of Catfish will be on August 16th. Striper: Medium Action: Some anglers are still limits out on these beauties over by the dam/ inlet area. Howe er they are starting to show some signs of slowing down just a little. They hit on cut mackerels, anchovies, shad and plastics. The water temperature is between 76-78 degrees. Next stock of Catfish will be August 2ns. Striper: Medium Action: The bite has been a little slower than normal on the cut bait.
