JG Fishing Team Captain Jeff Brady spent the day hunting steelhead/trout on the Sacramento River from Cottonwood to Red Bluff. Jeff reports some pretty solid fishing today and explained that a lot of water was passed over due to a short trip. Thats great news as it supports our confidence for continuing to book these types of trips for our clients this time of the year. Flows from Keswick are still running at 5,000 cfs and thats plenty of water to reach many of the sections of the river that have been much lower during the winter months the past 5-6 years. A lot of the time we see too much or too little in the winter and this year, its been just perfect all season. We'll continue to find some good fishing as longs as current conditions persist. Contact Jaynie at the office and she'll help you pland your next Sacramento River fishing trip. Thank you!
