Ice cover has thawed significantly on area reservoirs. However, anglers may need to break ice to fish in shallow areas. Trout are hitting on olive emerger fly patterns, Rooster Tails, and rainbow PowerBait. Cold temperatures will keep bass on the less active end of things.
