On Saturday, February 29, 2020, 344 fisherman attended the Mojave Narrows Regional Park All Ages Trout Derby. A total of 88 trout were registered, with the top trout weighing in at 4 lbs. and 4 oz. It was caught by Hector Gonzalez from Fontana, CA using a yellow jig. Additional prizes were given out for trout weighing 4 lbs. 1 oz. to 2 lbs. 8 oz. Congratulations to all our winners.

Third Place: Francisco Gomez from Lynwood, CA – 3 lb. 13 oz. – shore by boathouse on Horseshoe Lake – Black Minnow Jig

Fourth Place: Ruben Garcia Jr. from Hesperia, CA – 3 lb. 10 oz. – shore by boathouse on Horseshoe Lake –Power Bait

Fifth Place: Keenan Patel from Apple Valley, CA – 3 lb. 9 oz. – shore by boathouse on Horseshoe Lake –Power Bait
