We had an amazing first day back on the water . Full limits of halibut and crew limits (39 )as well plus a hand full of bass for our 12 anglers who practiced social distancing about as well as anyone could ask for.

I’m feeling blessed and saddened at the same time that we have yet to open up our industry as a whole. I do however understand that all bay area ports and the entire west coast have Covit plans in place and that everyone is getting geared up and ready to go. Please don’t hesitate to contact you favorite charter outfit and plan on going fishing by Jun 1st.

We worked our buts off to get a sufficient plan in place we also got a lot of help from the city of Berkeley and guys all around the bay chipped in. SAC, GGFA just no name a few, getting the first port open. We will all be fishing together soon, might be wearing masks, might be a few less of us on board but all the major ports on the west coast will be ready to take you out and keep you safe.
