Bluegill fishing is exploding at the Miramar this week. All live worms are working including red worms and meal worms. The fish are getting larger as they start to feed. Bass are biting very aggressively as well. All types of worms both live and plastics are working well. Don’t be afraid to skim the top these days. Catfish is below average at this point.

Bass fishing remains strong with senkos and flukes working best. If you come out real early or late consider throwing a frog out as the water sits real still along the left side of Otay’s Arm.
