Flow Rates And Water Condition:

Flows are at 41 cfs as of 7/30

Fishing conditions and Hatches: Fair to Good

The road is open and the crowds are horrendous. If you go there after 8 or 9 be ready for some long waits at the summit. The flows are getting skinny and midday the water is in the mid 60s. As with most of the streams around here it's been fished pretty hard so do some walking and hit more of the pocket water and deeper holes. PMDs, Caddis and a few Grasshoppers are the main fare. The fishing has been good if you can find a place to hide. The fishing is slowing down but the flows aren't dropping as fast as we expected so get there early and do some hiking.
