Welcome to Lake Miramar. It’s the dead of summer and it’s the hottest week of the year. You need to go deep maybe 20 feet deeper than usual. It’s still all about the worms. Live red and night crawlers continue to dominate. Drop it at the bottom near the dam for some action. You can also finesse the plastics this week. The purple robo worm with the drop shot as well as the margarita and the senko. Crappie and Bluegill are still good but again you gotta go deep. A few big cats were caught this week too. Good luck out there.
