Bent rods and beautiful fish, it has been a bountiful week on the Klamath river.

This past week has been another gorgeous fishing catching experience for my clients. The weather right up until last night has been cold but mostly blue skies. Some snow an rain clouds moved in late last night, we may finally get some much need rain snow this weekend.

The bite on the Klamath has been steady. Double digit days have been the norm. Steelhead in the 20 to 25 inch class have been caught  an released everyday and some of these fatties pushed 5 to 8 pounds. Maglips rapalas and night crawlers back trolled and casted have been the hot fish catching methods.

Winter Steelheading on the Klamath will continue through the holidays and be a great option for the next few months. Give me a call 530 905 0758 or book online at Caldwellfishing.com
