That picture says it all!! Good times on the Klamath this past week.
Fishing on the Klamath this past week produced some quality fish. Back trolling maglips or bait soaked in Pro-Cure garlic plus has been the best producer for action.
The Steelhead have been in spawn mode for past couple weeks now and they are sitting pretty tight in the cold water. Slowly but surely they have begun to get hungry but the slowly working the river is still the key to getting bit.
Fishing on the Klamath will continue to be steady as we head towards Spring. Lake Siskiyou and Shasta Lake are also good fishing options now weather permitting of course. As of this report snow fell heavy in the Mount Shasta area making traveling difficult.
