I had a blast reconnecting with Ron Pettyjohn and his son Alex today on Shasta Lake. A slower start to the morning ended with two nice browns caught just minutes apart. A lull in activity followed soon after, but by afternoon, we saw another bite period and it was all we needed to end the day with a feeling of success! Shasta Lake is fishing pretty darn good right now and we should see it hold from here on out! Finding fish is the easy part, but getting them to bite is where the real work begins some days. We're booked out through April on Shasta Lake and May will be the next month to fill before it gets really busy in June, July, and August. Call Jaynie for available dates! (530) 510-2925. Thank you!
