The water levels are up to 311 CFS on the Crooked. The fishing may be less than ideal until water levels stabilize. Look for blue winged olives and march browns to start hatching sometime after noon. Midges hatch in the mornings and the afternoons. Nymphing with midges, BWO nymphs and general mayfly nymphs is a good bet. Trying larger nymphs is a good way to go after water levels rise. Even though the water may be blown out, the fish will still be eating.
