The lake held near 15 percent of capacity, so watch for obstructions while boating. Bass anglers reported fair conditions with topwater and finesse plastics working the best. Topwater anglers have been getting some action in the morning and evenings on poppers and walking baits. A few buzzbait bass were reported by a local angler as well. Drop shot, shaky heads, and Senko have been getting bite near submerged rock piles and structure on main and secondary points. Catfish anglers reported a fair bite using chicken liver, cut anchovies, and nightcrawlers.
