Monday Updates

  • The New Seaforth continues to have great Calico Bass fishing in our local kelp beds on today's Half-Day trips. Plenty of availability remains for the New Seaforth this week making for possible light passenger loads and plenty of fishing space. Take advantage of this fun Calico Bass bite and also take a home a few tasty Rockfish & Whitefish for dinner!

  • Update 2:00PM The Tribute just called in from their 1.5 Day Trip with 60(limits) Bluefin Tuna for their 30 anglers! The fish range in size from 12 to 60 pounds and the weather is beautiful. The Tribute still has spots remaining for their 1.5 Day departing Saturday night, they have had limits style fishing for their past couple trips so don't miss your chance to get after some Fall Bluefin.

  • The Polaris Supreme started off the first day of their 3 Day trip with 40(limits) Bluefin Tuna on the boat, ranging from 15-25 pounds. Captain Aliyar recommends 25# fluorocarbon and size 4 circle hooks.

  • The Aztec started off day two of their 3 Day Trip with 36 Bluefin Tuna. The Aztec currently has 11 spots open for their Limited Load 3 Day trip departing this Friday so grab a spot while they're still available!

Returning Trips

  • The Pacifica returned from their 3 Day trip with 118 Bluefin Tuna for their 24 anglers. The Pacifica has one more 1.5 Day available departing Sunday, November 28th before their season ends for the holidays!

  • The Cortez 3.5 Day trip put 16 Bluefin on the boat, with fish weighing up to 256 pounds.

The Aztec returned this morning from their 3 Day just shy of limits with 132 Bluefin, 2 Yellowtail, 90 assorted Rockfish, 50 Whitefish and 9 Sheephead for their 24 anglers! The Aztec still has plenty of spots available for their 3 Day departing the day after Thanksgiving. Grab a spot while you still can! Saturday Reports The San Diego ended their Full Day Coronado Islands trip with 2 Yellowtail, 1 Bonito, 42 Vermillion Rockfish and 140 Assorted Rockfish. Excellent sign of Yellowtail continues to be seen at the islands but the fish were reluctant to let their guard down and bite during this trip.
