Not much to report other than the weather has been very nice up in the Hat Creek valley. All of the attention has been on the steelhead rivers lately, so Hat should be seeing a lot less angling pressure. With high pressure and warm days you can expect something to be coming off. The Blue Wing Olives will come off on cloudy days, look for fish to be sipping spinners in the mornings down on the flats. The Powerhouse Riffle will begin to see some larger fish staking in, don't forget to use a Rubberlegs as this section regularly has Salmonfly larvae moving around in it.

Hot Flies:  TB Drowned Rusty Spinner, Rubberlegs, Sweet Pea Jigged Baetis, Pheasant Tails, Mercer's Missing Link, and Green Drakes
