This recent storm has us tied up for today and from the looks of it will have us at the dock again for part of tomorrow. We are hoping things will calm down by the afternoon so we still have the PM Half Day up for those itching to get out on the water. We should be back to our regularly scheduled programming on Wednesday.
The San Diego has two spots remaining for their Full Day trip to the Coronado Islands on Wednesday. They have had a great run on the Yellowtail this past week and with the water warming up as we get later into the Spring it is hopefully bound to improve. There are still plenty of spots for the San Diego's trips throughout the week as well. A valid passport or passport card is required for all passengers.
The Tribute will be departing on another 1.5 Day this Friday. Their last trip they had a good shot at some Bluefin and Yellowtail but unfortunately struck out on the school they found. We strongly urge anglers to follow the crew's advice on what line class to utilize. It can make the difference between catching your limit or going home empty handed. There are plenty of spots remaining so don't miss your opportunity to grab a spot and bag some early season Bluefin!
The Pacifica will be departing on their first 1.5 Day of the season this Friday! After a few months of making improvements and refreshing the boat they are finally ready to kick off their season and hopefully do so with limits of Bluefin. They still have some spots remaining so book ASAP before they are sold out!

Captain Aliyar stated that 40# flyline and 300g-500g jigs were key to getting a bite. For those heading out soon don't leave that heavy gear at home! It looks like we are going to be needing it once again. Unfortunately, today's weather is going to have us sidelined for the time being. We still have...... Read More
