""Our friend and favorite guide Scott Caldwell owner of SC Guide Service took us to Lake McCloud today for a great day of fishing.  We battled the wind most of the day, but caught about 15 fish and lost a few nice ones and ended up keeping 7 brown trout and one rainbow trout.  We are going to Whiskeytown Lake tomorrow fishing for Kokanee salmon.  It was a fun day!  Thanks Scott! ""Great day of fishing! Had planned on doing Lake Suskiyou but it was too windy to fish there, so we moved a little north to Lake MCCloud! While it was still a bit windy, we managed to bring in about 16 fish and kept 8. Big shout out to Scott Caldwell of SC Guide Service for getting us to the best spots on the lake!""
