  • The San Diego got on a good school of bigger Bluefin on the Full Day today. They ended their day with 12 Bluefin, all of which were over 100 pounds with most of them in the 140-180 pound range! Captain Matt recommended being prepared to fish the sinker rig and the knife jig and having a minimum of 80# line and matching fluorocarbon to go with. They had lots of heartbreaks today so make sure you come properly equipped. If you are in need of heavier gear we have plenty available to rent from the office.

  • The inshore fishing is still going strong right now! The AM Half Day aboard the New Seaforth got back this afternoon with 1 Yellowtail, 35 legal Calico Bass and 75 released for their 43 anglers and the PM ended with 25 legal Calico Bass and 75 released for their 44 anglers. We are all booked up for Memorial Day but we still have plenty of availability throughout the week.

  • The Polaris Supreme called in from the last day of their 3 Day trip with limits of Bluefin weighing up to 180 pounds! They will be back tomorrow morning so be on the lookout for their final fish count from the trip.
