The lake is down and fishing has been excellent. Walleye and carp fishing has slowed some with the high temps. Bass fishing is really good with some excellent white bass and wipers reported recently. Catfishing has been good 24 hours a day. Bass fishing along the sandy beaches will continue to be best in the afternoons until we see water temperatures really climb. White and chartreuse are two of the best producing colors at Lahontan in flies and lures.
