The way the cards have been dealt this year I have not fished Silver since June but I know it’s been good there. I’ll refer you to Andrew’s report on the Silver Lake Resort website. One thing though.....5 to 6 feet of leader here like Gull Lake.

Blue Lake Lower: The water level is low, but a few reports of some decent sized rainbows
Indian Creek Reservoir: The lake has been deemed as a danger level for toxic algae
Topaz Lake: Fishing has been fair for anglers going deep for trout
East Carson River (CA): The water level is low and the fishing has been slow
West Carson River (CA): The water level in Picketts JCT is low and the temps have risen
West Walker River (CA): The river is still running good and clear
Bridgeport Reservoir: Issued a danger level for Blue Green algae
Heenan Lake : Heenan Lake is Open
Pyramid Lake: Season opens on October 1st
