We have some reports that Manzanita is pretty much ice free at this point. It is still a ways away from being a great location to fish though. About a week or two should do it. Stay tuned for more info.
Pay attention to the special regulations here, especially where you can and can't fish. Barbless hooks, artificial lures, catch and release. Make sure you inquire at the park entrance.
