At Willow Springs Lake (report courtesy of Sportsman's Warehouse), fish with worms or your favorite PowerBait color with garlic scent for the rainbow trout. For the more aggressive tiger trout, fish with Rooster Tails, Panther spinners, or small swimbaits. Use crank and jerk baits for bass. When fly fishing, try brown\black Woolies and Leeches.
