At Prosser Reservoir, the morning troll has been good for cutthroat until about 10am, then the fish move off into deeper water. Anglers trolling in the mornings are having success near the dam side of the lake and are using sierra spoons, rapalas, or worms with a dodger. Shore anglers are having the most success here fishing near the dam. Prosser Creek Reservoir is currently at 94% capacity.
