Hart Park has been kicking out plenty of bass and bluegill. Bass anglers used drop shot, Texas rigs, and creature baits to get it done. Most of the fish have been holding in or near the floating lily pads, and punching techniques are another great way to get your bait to the largemouth. Bluegill ate redworms, mealworms, and waxworms on a short leader under a bobber. The inlet has been a real hot spot for sunfish. Catfish took dip bait, fresh shrimp, and cut anchovies off the bottom.
