Emigrant is 13 percent full. Jackson County Parks reports that the boat ramp is not usable. Fishing for largemouth and smallmouth bass, along with black crappie, continues to be good.‌

There is a longstanding health advisory for consumption of resident warmwater species in Emigrant for high levels of mercury. Consult the sportfishing regulations or the Oregon Health Authority for more information on consumption guidelines. ‌
