The first of two consecutive trout plants went in this week. Micetails, hook-up baits, powerbait (greens& yellows), along with inflated nightcrawlers are all doing well.

Largemouth bass are being caught bordering the reed beds near senior shoreline. Bass are often intrigued by swimbaits, anything that looks like a crawdad, or dark colored plastics.

Some Crappie action suspended deep in their winter haunts. Crappie are most often caught using live golden shiners or mini jigs.
