Wadeable flows at about 40 cfs out of the dam still.
Fishing has been decent, but you will need to hike in towards the dam to find any fish. Expect mostly midge hatches or mayfly/midge nymph rigs to find you a fish.
Nymphs: Killer Mayfly 20-24, Pheasant Tails 18-22, Rainbow Warrior 18-22, Black Flash Midge Pupa 18-22, Tav’s Big Mac Pupa, RS-2 18-22, Splitback BWO Nymph 18-22, Olive and Red Micro Mayfly 16-20, Juan’s Slim Shady 20-24.
Midges 20-26: Black Flash Midge Pupa, Tav’s Big Mac, Bling Midge.
