With spring here, the boat ramp and road to Stampede are now open. Plenty of shore access to use as well. Shore anglers are having success fishing for trout on the south shore and near the dam. Anybody trolling for Kokanee should troll the 30-foot water column near the dam for the best results. Stampede Reservoir is at 94% capacity.
