Slow. The lake has been very windy so fishing has been tough. This time of year and through the summer the warmer water and aquatic vegetation traditionally has slowed fishing. Trout are scattered throughout the lake so the best way to be successful is to keep moving around until you find where the fish are feeding. ‌

The 12th street boat ramp has an improved ramp and docks. Anglers will want to check the weather before heading out, as the lake can be very windy.
