Water Conditions
PIEDRA RIVER NEAR ARBOLES, CO.
- Temperature: 61.88 ° F
- Streamflow: 91.9 ft³/s
- Gage height: 1.14 ft
Rising/Falling
Rising with rain
Fishing Conditions
Flows are high, and fishing will be tough in such rough conditions. You could try a stonefly nymph lower in the river around 160.
Above Pagosa, fishing will be a bit easier on the upper sections and tributaries. A stonefly/mayfly nymph rig is a good combo, but tight line or euro setups can be pretty deadly as well.
Patterns/Bug
