The limit is 2 bass minimum size 13 inches, the limit is 4 channel catfish, the limit is 4 trout. Only boats with a single 10-horsepower motor (or less) or single electric motor are allowed on Kaibab Lake. The lake level is low but launching a boat is still achievable. Anglers are catching rainbow trout with bait (such as worms or PowerBait), small lures with flash and vibration, and flies. Fishing small lures and flies are working well for bluegill and black crappie. Soft plastics and crankbaits are a good choice for largemouth bass. Worms, hot dogs, and anchovies are a good choice for channel catfish. Surface temperature 65.74 F, pH 7.63, Dissolved Oxygen (D.O) 6.57 mg/l on 9/9/2024.
