Fish Lake is 60 percent full. It was stocked with rainbow trout in early October. A few reports of good angling while trolling have come in over the last week. It's somewhat unusual to have an ice-free lake at this time of year.

The USFS reports problems with the water system. Porta-potties have been installed, but the fish cleaning station will not be available this year.

Anglers are encouraged to report catches of tiger trout or send other fishing reports to Rogue Fish District Staff 541-826-8774.
