Heavy rainfall is predicted to bring flows up this week. A few winter steelhead are starting to move upstream, and anglers may want to target them as the river rises and again when it falls. Since flows have been low and clear prior to this, anglers should expect a lot of debris and may need to watch their lines closely to keep their gear clean.
