Big Springs Reservoir opens fishing season

The second Saturday in May of each year (May 12 this year) is the opening day of the fishing season at Big Springs Reservoir, located in northern Humboldt County. That 2007-2008 season will run through the last day of February next year.

The limit is five trout.

Fishing hours are any time of the day or night.

For information, call the Nevada Department of Wildlife at 688-1500 during regular hours.
