Water Conditions
Clear and coooooold like 40 to 43 degrees top to bottom everywhere (last year 50-53 for comparison)

Fishing Conditions and Hatches
The bait and trolling guys are still ruling supreme with the cold water and almost non-existant hatches.
North end and Leighton Springs has the warmest water. Fish taken on the fly are mostly by guys stripping "deep, dark and slow."
Warm weather coming up should get some hatches going and likewise the fishing.

Recommended Flies
Midges in Red and black early fished deep, about 17 ft most places, followed by olive midday when fish got a little more active.
For streamers, black or purple with a little flash fished right off the bottom with a slow twitch
