Believe it or not, some fisherman are still catching rainbow trout at some of the urban ponds. Try PowerBait or worms. Fishing for catfish continues to be slow but don't give up. When all else fails, change your bait. If what you are using isn't working, try something else. Try night crawlers, a prepared stink bait, or chicken livers.
