The ice on Little Virginia is no longer safe to be out on and I'd expect it to break up within the next week enough to start fishing it from the shore or tubes. The ice on Big Virginia is still around 20 inches thick but I would recommend extreme caution going out on it as the weather is much warmer now and it will be melting daily.
