Water Conditions:
Flows are getting better at 346 cfs as of 6/16.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Good, despite higher flows, the fish are active and fishing is generally good if you pick your spots and look for slower moving water. Yellow Sallies are out.
Recommended Flies:
NYMPH:
Buckskin Caddis 16, Burks Infrequents 16/18, Zebra 20, Yellow Sally 16
DRIES:
#16 Parachute Adams, #18 Hatch Matcher PMD , Extended Body BWO, Elk Hair Caddis #18
STREAMERS:
Yellow Wooley Buggers

Crowley Lake: The water is still too cold for the fish to be real active on Lake Crowley
Owens River: The Upper Owens river is getting more consistent hatches, but be sure to watch the flows
Owens River: Owens River Gorge may be the best fishing right now
Owens River: The flows are better on the Lower Owens and the fishing is good, look for the slower moving water
Bridgeport Reservoir: The fishing at Bridgeport Reservoir seems to be picking up as the weather warms
East Walker River (CA): The flows on the East Walker are making the fishing tough.
