Stripping streamers working best. Might start to see some callibaetis out there soon.

Doc's Twin Lake Special Black/Olive/Brown #10, Olive Matuka, Black and Olive Wooly Buggers #8-10, Grey Ghost

Hot Creek: Hot Creek Fishing, Is Well Hot Creek
Crowley Lake: Crowley not as good as usual but picking up
Owens River: Upper Owens is good fishing because to flows are down
Owens River: Owens River Gorge is still fishing great
Owens River: Lower Owens is getting to the point that it is wadable, let's toast that!
Bridgeport Reservoir: Bridgeport is at the Top of Its Game
East Walker River (CA): Fishing is getting better as the flows decline of the East Walker

The flows are great the water is clear and cold the fishing is excellent in the Owens River Gorge
